Our postpartum classes are designed to support you in every aspect of your recovery after birth. From realistic expectations for physical healing to infant feeding (both breast/body feeding and formula feeding), postpartum mental health, and a class designed just for partners, each class provides expert guidance and practical tools to help you navigate the challenges of early parenthood. Whether you're focused on being intentional about your physical recovery, understanding your baby's needs, or being intentional about your relationship with your partner, we’re here to offer the education and support that you need to thrive in this transformative time.

What’s included with classes:

  • Four In-Person Classes (physical recovery, breast/body and infant feeding, postpartum mental health, and dad/partner class)

Personalized In-Home Support

Our postpartum in-home visiting service provides personalized, family centered care for you and your partner during the early months after birth. With nine visits in total, you’ll receive comprehensive support from a certified nurse midwife, a certified doula, and a licensed social worker—each offering specialized care to address your physical, emotional, and practical needs. Visits are rotated between providers to ensure that both you and your partner receive the attention and guidance you need as you adjust to life with a newborn and navigate the postpartum period.

What’s included with visits:

  • Nine in-home visits total (rotating between providers)

  • Holistic tools to support physical recovery and healing

  • Emotional and well-being check-ins

  • Infant care guidance and resources

  • Breastfeeding, body feeding, bottle feeding, and formula feeding support

Our services are covered by HSA/FSA. We also accept cash, credit card, and gift cards are available as well!
